Our First Day Rehearsing At The Rose
What a difference performing on site can make to a play! We may have only got 1/4 of the text covered, but The Rose - with its cavernous hall, ancient echo & solid, wooden boards - added the missing element.
The play is about being lost on foreign shores & at the mercy of ancient Gods - in some ways, that's how it feels performing at The Rose.
